Large-scale NPK production demands a fully balanced line: batching accuracy, granulation capacity, drying and cooling rates, and packing speed must all match. This project supplied a 20 t/h NPK compound fertilizer production line for a customer in Syria.
The line starts with automatic batching, where load-cell scales weigh each raw material to the target formula. Double-shaft mixers blend the proportioned powder, and a rotary drum granulator with steam dosing builds strong, uniform granules.
Drying and cooling stages control moisture and temperature before rotary screening returns fines to the process. A coating machine applies anti-caking treatment, and automatic packing lines weigh, bag and sew the finished product.
The complete set — including conveyors, dust collection and control panels — was supplied with general arrangement drawings and installation guidance. Our team supported commissioning remotely.
