Malaysia's agricultural sector produces large volumes of organic residue — palm oil mill waste, farm manure and crop residue — that are valuable raw materials for organic fertilizer. This project supplied a complete organic fertilizer production line to process that material into marketable granules.
The line was designed around the customer's raw material mix and target output. Composting turns the waste into stable humus, crushers and mixers prepare a uniform powder, and a granulation train forms the granules before drying, cooling, screening and automatic packing.
A key part of the project was matching the granulation technology to the high-moisture organic feed. The recommended configuration used a stirring-tooth granulator, which granulates wet compost directly and avoids the cost of pre-drying.
Shunxin delivered the complete equipment set with layout drawings and installation guidance, and supported commissioning remotely. The plant now produces organic fertilizer granules for local agriculture and horticulture markets.
Projects like this follow the same structured path: raw material analysis, capacity calculation, process design, equipment supply and installation support. If you are planning an organic fertilizer plant, send us your material and capacity and we will prepare the same kind of proposal.
