Bulk blending (BB) fertilizer production mixes already-granular raw materials — urea, DAP, MOP, ammonium sulfate — into a homogeneous blend. Because no drying or granulation is needed, a BB line is the lowest-investment route into commercial fertilizer production and can start operating within weeks.

Shunxin BB lines include raw material receiving, batching, gentle drum blending, screening, bagging and palletizing, sized from 2 to 30 t/h. The same equipment can blend organic granules, biochar and compound granules.
