How to use powder granulator machine to make granular fertilizers from powder?
There are many ways to make powder into granules. You can use stirring method by using our disk granulator, new type organic fertilizer granulator machines and rotating granulator. And there is also a roller extrusion granulator machine which adopts extrusion method.

Adding liquid or binder to the powder, stir them. Then the binding power will make them roll together and be pellets. The pellets made by stirring method are easy to be solubilization.

Extrusion method.
It is a method which shapes the pellets by strong extrusion force in particular space. The pellets made by it have more strength than the granules made by stirring method. There is a rule to control their strength: The faster the roller speed, the lower the strength.
